1. Equipment descriptions and technical parameters
LF-60t refining furnace consists of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, basic automation and HMI operation station and so on. LF-60t ladle furnace is external refining device of the steel-making workshop. It accepts first refining molten steel at the position of ladle suspended, and then conducts and finalizes desulphurization, heating, argon stirring, wire feeding composition adjustment, sampling and temperature measuring. At last, ladle car is located at the position of ladle suspended, ladle is lifted by workshop crane, and qualified molten steel is provided to the continuous casting machine or ingot mould.
