The structure overview

The furnace consists of vacuum melting chamber, column-oriented coupling body, vacuum system, pneumatic system, water cooling system, electrical system and other components.

1. Vacuum melting chamber: the furnace, the electrode rod and lifting devices, molds and other components.

2. Column guide coupling body: from the vacuum transition chamber, column guide body, drive and other components.

3. Vacuum system: mechanical vacuum pumps, roots pumps and valves, piping and other components. According to the needs of smelting process can be used separately or alone.

4. Pneumatic system [see attached Figure 6]: By the air compressor, constant pressure valve, oil-water separator, oil mist, with gas pipe, valve and other components. To ensure the movement of the pneumatic components.

5 water cooling system [see Figure 5]: water cooling system by the points, water return pipes and various auxiliary devices such as: water temperature gauge, pressure gauge, ball valve and other components.
